The church and its ministry continued to grow, adding bus services, several adult Bible classes, radio services, Spanish ministry, Christian schools, and Bible institutes. In December 1993, the church moved to a new 21 acre site. Currently the church has a 90-acre property that has been planned for churches and college ministries.

In 1995, Father Chappell and Lancaster Baptist Church approved the beginning of the West Coast Baptist College, training workers for the harvest.
