History
PM-International was founded in 1993 by Rolf Sorg in Limburgerhof, Germany. The company is now located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with its corporate headquarters situated in Schengen, Luxembourg since 2015. In the same 1993 the company was founded, the first country subsidiary of the firm opened in Poland.
In 1994, PM-International opened its holding in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In 1995, the company launched a product line of dietary supplement products named FitLine.
In the year 2000 PM-International created a scientific expert team whose role is to guarantee the product quality and provide scientific advice on product compounds. In 2003, the company opened its European logistics center in Speyer (Rheinland-Pfalz). In 2005, the legal structure changed from "GmbH" to unlisted "AG"
In 2011 the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main confirmed the legitimacy of PM-International marketing plan. In 2013 the TÜV Hessen certified that PM-International has a "fair direct marketing structure".
In 2015, PM-International opened its Asia-Pacific headquarters in the city-state of Singapore and the company inaugurated the International Headquarters in Schengen (Luxembourg) the same year. In 2016, Rolf Sorg, PM-International founder and CEO, joined the WFDSA CEO Council.
In 2016, PM-International AG signed a strategic collaboration agreement with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), a research and technology organization that develops advanced technologies and delivers innovative products and services to industry and society.
Currently, PM-International employs over around 500 people worldwide with a reported revenue of US$460 Million in 2016. and US$632 Million in 2017. As of April 2017, the company operates internationally and distributes its products in 35 countries. PM-International is a member of the World Federation Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).
